Email dev@tmjdigital.net. Tell us which game or app you are using, your device and operating system version, and what happened. We usually reply within a few working days.

Reporting a player or content

If another player shared something offensive or illegal, email us with the game name, the room code if you have it, and a short description. You can always leave a room at any time.

Purchases and refunds

Purchases are made through the App Store, Google Play or Steam, so refunds are handled by that store:

• App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com
• Google Play: Google Play refund help
• Steam: help.steampowered.com

If you need to restore a purchase on a new device, use the restore option inside the app while signed in to the same store account.
